A Northwestern Chinese or DongBei-style (东北) Cuisine Restaurant, LaBuLa Mala Hotpot (辣不辣麻辣香锅) is a place to have delicious food. Located in various parts of Singapore, this restaurant / food stall will definitely sate your hunger. The northwestern part of China is known for its bitingly long and cold winters. Hence, the Dongbei-styled cuisine is characterised by its use of pickled cabbage, potatoes, carrots, as well as wheat and corn, instead of rice.
