My friend was supposed to take me to a restaurant for dinner. We were walking along Mosque St many times but we found not find that restaurant. Instead, we stumbled upon Old DongBei Restaurant, which serves similar food as Jin De Lai at Boat Quay.
The Just Thin Tofu (拌干豆腐丝) were very refreshing. Instead of the usual Spicy beancurd slices, this appetiser was refreshing with sesame seeds. There was a nice fragrance with sesame old. The parsley mix enhanced the taste. (Food rating: 3.5/5) SGD 8
