Besides Thai Express, there is Absolute Thai. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times. I still love the tom yam soup, and other Thai food items from the restaurant.

Chef Boulud has done it again. This time, he set up a new db Bistro Moderne at Singapore's Marina Bay Sands. Beyond Manhattan, New York City, he has restaurants in Miami, Palm Beach, London, and Beijing.

db Bistro Moderne offers an exciting mix of traditional French bistro cooking, together with contemporary American flavours and the world-renowned collection of signature burgers.

We came to have dinner at this famous restaurant. Loved the ambience that gives a cosy and comfortable experience. The service was fantastic and we enjoyed the experience entirely.

Grilled Foie Gras (Fig Trio, Almond Brioche, Mache) was wonderfully grilled. It was crispy in the outside and soft in the inside. It was like eating custard or something that melted in your mouth.

I love Teppanyaki!! Teppanyaki used to be a rage in Singapore. It used the iron griddle to cook the food.

We ordered both the beef premium and a chicken set. NICE!!

We went to the newly opened restaurant at the basement, Scotts Square. I have heard of this restaurant from one of my job interviews. We decided to give this new outlet a try.

Do give a try and share your verdicts!!

Loved the thick mushroom soup. It was very delicious with the milk and bread.
The Aglio Olio was equally nice. If I was feel better, I would have finished every single strand of pasta
This is a another nice dish, Nasi Kerabu with Ayam Percik. The chicken tasted a little like Laksa with fragnant rice.

Unlike the conventional chicken rice, this upper class air conditioned Boon Tong Kee Chicken Rice served other cooked food (more zichar).

We ordered the following food and they are superbly divine!!! Of course, we cannot forget their chicken rice, garlic chilli and dark soy sauce. I could just eat the rice with the dark soy sauce alone. It taste equally divine!!

The crispy chicken was crispy on the outside and soft in the inside.
This soup is a MUST-TRY. Some fish maw, crab meat soup. It was fantastic!!
Another wonderful dish, crispy tofu. The tofu were beautifully deep fried. They looked very cute.
