Grandma's Home or Waipojia (外婆家) , a popular restaurant chain, is commonplace in Hangzhou. Located at many part of Hangzhou, West Lake, this restaurant is definitely worth trying the authentic Hangzhou cuisine. We made a short trip to Hangzhou to revisit the beautiful scenic landscape, West Lake. We had a superb accommodation experience at Hangzhou Plaza Hotel, near Wulin Square district. At 10am, the restaurant welcomed its first customers. However, at 10.30am, the entire restaurant was already full. There were people queuing outside the restaurant, waiting for their turn. We ordered both our favourite and new food items this time round. The Tomato with Egg Soup was a simple home-style soup that had a very nice subtle fragrance. The tomato chunks were sweet and fresh. Nestled in a quiet neighbourhood in Sennet Estate, you will find two popular coffee shops along Tai Thong Crescent. But first, I will be introducing the first coffee shop - Lao Zhong Zhong Eating House. Lao Zhong Zhong Eating House offers a variety of great foods. It is very popular as all its stalls offers super delicious foods. Mr Duck serves a variety of mouth-watering dishes like duck noodles , duck rice and of course, Kway Chap . Mr Duck also delivers right to your door step via food delivery apps like Deliveroo. I had dined and ordered food delivery and both experiences were superbly great. The Kway Chap is one of my personal favourites. So what is Kway Chap and what keeps people coming for more? Zheng Ji Pork Knuckle (鄭記豬腳飯), Taipei (Food rating: 4/5)

I found out about Zheng's Pork Knuckle (鄭記豬腳飯), whilst gathering information on the net . I was glad that I tried the food as it was one o f the best Taiwanese food I ha d ever enjoyed immensely. The restaurant is located in the vicinity of Ximending (西門町) with Xim en station nearby. From Ximen Station, we got los t many times before we found the the place. It was not diff i cult to find as we got famil iar with the r oad directions. At Zheng's , you will n otice a huge signage of the menu with prices above the s hop. The shop ha d very simple in terior and seats along the cor ridor outs ide . We ordered a co uple of dishes. What I liked about the restau rant was that the owner was very hon est.
