TanYu [探鱼] is one of the popular grilled fish restaurants in Shenzhen. Launched in 2013, it was known as "Shenzhen's most artistic grilled fish restaurant" and became popular overnight. It has foothold in over 70 major cities in China with more than 180 outlets. A Northwestern Chinese or DongBei-style (东北) Cuisine Restaurant, LaBuLa Mala Hotpot (辣不辣麻辣香锅) is a place to have delicious food. Located in various parts of Singapore, this restaurant / food stall will definitely sate your hunger. The northwestern part of China is known for its bitingly long and cold winters. Hence, the Dongbei-styled cuisine is characterised by its use of pickled cabbage, potatoes, carrots, as well as wheat and corn, instead of rice.
