Chef Boulud has done it again. This time, he set up a new db Bistro Moderne at Singapore's Marina Bay Sands. Beyond Manhattan, New York City, he has restaurants in Miami, Palm Beach, London, and Beijing. 

db Bistro Moderne offers an exciting mix of traditional French bistro cooking, together with contemporary American flavours and the world-renowned collection of signature burgers. 

We came to have dinner at this famous restaurant. Loved the ambience that gives a cosy and comfortable experience. The service was fantastic and we enjoyed the experience entirely.

Grilled Foie Gras (Fig Trio, Almond Brioche, Mache) was wonderfully grilled. It was crispy in the outside and soft in the inside. It was like eating custard or something that melted in your mouth.
