Whenever I am visiting China, I never cease to look for my favourite dish - Stewed Chicken 黄焖鸡.
There are many restaurants offering this delicious stewed chicken served in piping hot claypot. Each time I have this meal, I feel that I am the happiest woman in the world.
I fell in love with this dish when I ate it in Shanghai. Since then, I will hunt for this dish wherever I go. I had tried many brands like 杨铭宇黄焖鸡 in Hangzhou, Nanjing, Beijing, etc.
