Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, Marina Bay Sands, Singapore

Located at Marina Bay Sands, Yardbird Southern Table & Bar brings the best of American culture and cuisine to Singapore. 

At our first visit, we had the 2-Course Executive Lunch Set at $46, comprising an appetizer, a sandwich or salad, a side, and a beverage. We had the ala carte dinner on our second visit. 


Executive Lunch Set | Deviled Eggs

Made of spiced egg yolk, the appetiser was nice but too salty to our taste. 


Executive Lunch Menu | Mac and Cheese

Loved the texture and rich cheesy sauce, made of five artisanal cheeses covered with crispy herb crust. Sinful but loving it still. 

Executive Lunch Set | Lobster and Shrimp Roll, served with Avocado, Brioche, Celery, and crispy house fries (more like chips). It reminds me of the delicious Lobster Roll from James Hook and Co, Boston. 

Ala Carte | Crab Cake | $28 | Lump crab, Creole beurre blanc, cold-pressed pickles

Lunch Ala Carte | Lewellyn's Fine Fried Chicken | $38 | 1/2 of our famous bird served with honey hot sauce

The fried chicken was incredibly delicious. The chicken was crispy on the outside (batter) and moist and tender inside. The batter was flavourful and not overly thick. 

Ala Carte | Spiced Watermelon | | $12 

The watermelon cubes carry the savoury spicy kick of powdered cumin, powdered coriander, salt, lime juice, lemon juice, chilli and mint leaves. 

Dinner Ala Carte | Truffle & Foie Gras Roasted Whole Young Hen | $58

Served with butternut squash biscuit stuffing.



Seasonal Cobbler | $22

A delightful dessert comprising a brown sugar oat crumble, berries, vanilla ice cream covered with a red caramel tuile, a wafer molded into a dome shape. This dessert requires 18 mins of preparation time. 

Bourbon Bacon Chocolate Cake | $22

A 6-inch cake chocolate layered cake with sweet bacons on top is made of nutella frosting, espresso candied bacons, and served with vanilla ice cream. It was a new experience for me to have sweet, savoury bacon strips for dessert. The chocolate cake was awesome.
