First Chinese Restaurant with 3-Star Ratings - Guan Fu Sichuan (官府川菜), New York City, United States

Guan Fu Sichuan or 官府川菜 is the first Chinese restaurant to be awarded with three-star ratings by the New York Times and is one of Michelin's Plate listed restaurants. The restaurant has ornate wood-carved screens, heavy imperial furniture and enormous serving utensil make it the most stylised and grand Sichuan restaurant in town. 

Boiled Fish with Pickled Cabbage or 官府酸菜鲜鱼 USD23. It has a good mix of sour and spicy taste. The fish slices were freshly prepared.
