We had cravings for bbq food. As Star Yong Kwang BBQ Seafood does not service my neighbourhood, I ordered BBQ sambal stingray from a new vendor, MacPherson BBQ Seafood. Though best eaten on the spot, the fish was delicious. The sambal chilli was fragrant and the fish was fresh. This is something that I would not mind ordering in the coming future.
Besides the stingray, we had seafood omelette, and sambal kangkang. Both are normal but the highlight remains on the sambal stingray.
