Hokkaido Ramen Santouka (山頭火) opened its first Taiwanese Branch in Taipei, Taiwan

Hokkaido Ramen Santouka (山頭火) opened its first Taiwanese branch in the basement food court of the SOGO department store on Fuxing South Road (復興南路) in Taipei.

As an avid fan of Hokkaido Ramen Santouka (山頭火), we conducted a test to make sure that the restaurant was equally good back home and in Taipei.

Compared to the chain outlet in Singapore, the restaurant served the same food quality, an exact replica of what was served in Singapore. The Spicy Tokusen Toroniku Ramen was not spicy and extremely enjoyable.

We ordered a stir-fried mutton slices which was extremely good. The meat was extremely tender but the sauce was a little salty.
