Aoys Thai Noodle Bar @ Changi Airport Terminal 3, Singapore

Savour authentic Thai noodles, desserts, and original drinks in a relaxing and inviting self-serve cafe at Aoy's Thai Noodle Bar. Their popular signature beef Thai Boat Noodles served in aromatic thick, authentic Thai-flavoured broth are not to be missed. Aoy's believes using fresh produce, Thai imported sauces, herbs and spices are quintessential taste of Thai cuisine.

Serves with mango ice cream, coconut-flavoured glutinous rice and sweet mango, Mango Twist (SGD6) was a superb dessert to end the meal. The rich aromatic coconut cream drizzled on the mango slices and rice was like the chicken soup for the soul. (Food rating: 4/5)

Recommended by the cafe, Beef Boat Noodles (SGD7) was heavenly delicious. The broth was light, sweet and flavoursome. The beef slices were freshly prepared and noodles were cooked al dente style. Great for diners who could not eat spicy noodles. (Food rating: 4/5)

Best for diners who loved spicy noodles. The Tomyam Beef Noodles (SGD7) was very delish. The broth was spicy fragrant but also had a nice aroma. The beef slices were tender and yet succulent. (Food rating: 4/5)

Wanton Noodles (Dry) (SGD6.50), served with juicy grilled chicken slices and egg noodles, were somehow not up to par with the beef noodles. The grilled chicken were juicy and had a nice fragrance. The noodles were chewy and had a nice texture. Despite the juicy chicken and chewy noodles, the dish was then drizzled with fried shallots oil. It was not the usual wanton noodles that were found in food centres in Singapore. (Food rating: 3/5)
