#1 - Long Chim by David Thompson
Chef David Thompson, an internationally acclaimed chef, restauranteur and cookbook author, has opened Long Chim -
his first venture into casual dining at the Marina Bay Sands. An
Australian chef who is known for his culinary expertise in Thai cuisine
was recently awarded the #7 pot on San Pellegrino's Asia's 50 Best
Restaurants 2015 and #13 on World's Best Restaurants 2014 for his
restaurant - Nahm in Bangkok.
#2 - Nakhon Thai
Nakhon Thai is highly acclaimed for its authentic Thai cuisine. Both my
friends and colleagues (mutually exclusively) have unanimously
recommended this restaurant - a definite place to go if you want to have
authentic Thai food.
#3 - Absolute Thai
Besides Thai Express,
there is Absolute Thai. We ate at the restaurant a couple of times. I
still love the tom yam soup, and other Thai food items from the
restaurant.
#4 - Thai Express
Thai Express, including Absolute Thai, is one of my favourite Thai
restaurants. I always love their spicy tom yam soup, pineapple rice and
other Thai favourites.
#5 - Thaitogo.com
Nestled at the serene Sembawang estate, thaitogo.com provides both dine
in and delivery services. Making affordable and authentic thai food fare
accessible to everyone, the restaurant uses the best ingredients
prepared by Chef Aumpana. Thai To Go Dine-in was the latest offering
from Thai To Go Group. At the helm of Master Chef Viriyasakun Yada and
her team of native Thai chefs, the restaurant boasts of its good quality
food fare.
