If you are hungry in the middle of the night, perhaps you can drop by GM Food Centre for a nice supper. I was hungry one night and decided to drop by the food court for a meal.
You may want to try the stall - Hougang Fish Ball, which sells very nice noodles with soup. It is usually called small wok noodles - 小锅面. The noodles cost $4.50.
I loved the way the noodles were cooked and prepared. The noodles were cooked perfectly and they were chewy, just the way I liked it. The noodles were then mixed with black sauce made from braised mushroom.
The broth on the other hand was sweet and flavourful. The broth comprises fish cake slices, fish balls, minced meat, lettuces, egg, and pork balls. These combination perhaps had made the soup sweet and delicious. Actually, I could eat the soup standalone. However, who can resist that bowl of chewy noodles placed in front of me.
