We were back at Shake Shack @ Grand Central Terminal for the third time. This time, we ordered our favourites and a new burger in the menu. As greedy tourists, we ordered three burgers and three beverages.
For burgers, we ordered the 'Shroom Burger, Shack Burger and Smoke Shack (New). For beverages, we ordered a vanilla milkshake and two soda drinks. Altogether, we spent a total amount of USD34.
Smoke Shack was interesting. Made of cheeseburger topped with all-natural applewood smoked bacon, cherry pepper and shack sauce, the acerbic cherry pepper did not complement the bacon and succulent beef patty. On top of this, the bacon strips overwhelmed the juicy and tenderising burger patty. Priced at USD6.45, the 595kcal burger will be a miss for me. (Food rating: 2.5/5)
