Pizza Hut, Hangzhou, China (Food rating: 2/5)

We wanted to eat something different today and decided to try Pizza Hut. We were curious if the pizza tasted the same as back home. We were surprised how Pizza Hut had evolved from a pure pizza joint to a Swensen's-like family restaurant.

We ordered a combo meal for two at RMB148 (SGD30) with a jug of orange juice and we did not really enjoyed the food.

Sausage and Mushroom Tomato Pasta (米兰风情香肠蘑菇面) was a disappointment. The noodles were soft and the sausages were very salty. The entire dish was too salty that we had to drink a lot of water to water down the saltiness. The seasoning was weak and could have done better. (Food rating; 2/5)

The regular-sized Super Supreme Pan Pizza (普装铁盘超级至尊) (see photo above) was another disappointment. The pizza dough was larger than the ingredients. I ate more bread than the ingredients. The ingredients were very little and I could hardly taste the Super Supreme. Super Supreme? Nay. They could have done better. (Food rating: 2/5)
