After having enjoyed the sweet potato last night, we went back to the shop – 农夫烤薯to try two other sweet potatoes. One of them is the Southeast Asian’s purple sweet potato (东南亚紫薯).
This potato was less sweet and the texture was coarser. It was not bad but I preferred the 高山黄心薯. The purple sweet potato was one of the most expensive items in their selection. (Food rating: 2.5/5)
The second one was the Japanese sweet potato (日本甜薯). Each sweet potato is charged by weight. The second most expensive sweet potato was similar to the 高山黄心薯. The texture was soft and the sweetness was lesser. If you are considering to try the sweet potatoes, I recommend the Japanese Sweet Potato and 高山黄心薯. Both of them were very sweet, soft and delicious.
