Located between two hotels - Rainbow Hotel and East Dragon Hotel, Shui Long Wang You Yu Jiang (水龙王鱿鱼羹) sells a wide variety of food from noodles, rice, and desserts. It was late in the night and we were hungry after attending a concert. At that time, the restaurant was still operating.
The two noodle dishes, one rice dish and meat ball soup cost around TWD 170. The food experience was normal.
The braised minced meat rice (魯肉飯) was surprisingly delicious. I tried a similar rice dish about two to three units away from Shui Long Wang You Yu Jiang (水龙王鱿鱼羹). The braised minced meat was fragrant and mildly sweet. The rice was nicely cooked. (Food rating: 3/5)

We ordered meat ball soup (貢丸). The soup was a little bland but the meat ball was sweet. The size of the meatball was appropriately the size of a ping pong ball. (Food rating: 2.5/5)
The fish nugget flat noodles soup (魚酥焿板條) was a unique noodle dish. The viscosity of the soup was a little thick as if corn soup was added into the soup. The flat noodles was a little overcooked and soft. The taste of the meat were normal. (Food rating: 2.5/5)
The pork nugget glass noodles soup (肉焿冬粉) was interesting and delicious. The pork meat was similar to pork balls but was shaped differently. The meat was tender. The thick soup tasted nicer with glass noodles. I prefer the pork nugget glass noodles soup to the pork rib flat noodles soup. (Food rating: 3/5)
