We stumbled upon Yangtang restaurant while walking around Hefang Street. It was a restaurant selling a variety of lamb dishes from dumplings to noodles, etc. I was overwhelmed with too much lamb meat. Having three lamb dishes, I have reached my maximum threshold. But the dishes were rather delicious.
Spicy lamb (水煮羊肉丝) (see photo above) was the first lamb dish we were served. It was very spicy. The mutton was tender. (Food Rating: 2.5/5)
Lamb dumplings (羊肉水饺) are similar to the usual pork dumplings. Instead of pork meat, it used mutton. After eating the second lamb dish, my marginal utility for lamb started to decrease. (Food Rating: 2.5/5)
Zha Jiang Mian (炸酱面), just like the normal zha jiang mian (noodles), had a tint of lamb taste. (Food Rating: 2.5/5)
