At Ion Orchard, we walked past the outlet umpteen times and there were full of people. We could not find a seat to try the dessert and snacks. Last Saturday, we were lucky to find the outlet empty and made orders with hesitation.

Now that we finally got the chance to try the dessert. The most memorable dishes were the steamed cheong fun and pumpkin cakes. How about you?

Plain Cheong Fun was one of my favourites. Some dim sum served with fillings but plain ones with sweet sauce and sesame seeds were equally delicious. The plain cheong fun was very nostalgia. It was brought back fond memories when I used to eat it. The flat noodles were perfectly cooked and steamed. Mixed with the sweet sauce and sesame seeds, it tasted even better. (Food Rating: 3/5)

Steamed Pumpkin and Yam cakes were my favourites. The steamed cakes were mixed with dried shrimps which gave a savoury taste. Usually, I ate it either yam or pumpkin cakes. This time, I ate both at the same time. Compared to the two, the pumpkin cakes were exceptionally delicious. Eating on its own was already good. Dipping with the sweet sauce would enhance the savoury and sweetness of the cakes. :) (Food Rating: 3.5/5)

Steamed Chicken with Glutinous Rice (Loh Mai Kai) was a normal dish and was nothing to rave about. (Food Rating: 2/5)

Strawberry and mango snow ice was an interesting dessert. The yellow and red pop balls were mango and strawberry syrups respectively. The fruits were fresh and the syrups were just nice. I preferred the strawberry flavour over the mango. I thought I was eating strawberry milk. Nice!!!
