After a late meeting with our ID, we went to Yong He Eating House for dinner. We ordered a variety of food.

Most of the food were delicious and freshly prepared. A couple of them were just mere so-so and could have been prepared better. 

I liked the Fried Carrot Cake and You Tiao best. The carrot cake was prepared differently with the egg covering the entire pancake of white radish strips. The You Tiao on the other hand was delicious. It could be eaten on its own. 

Nice!!! The food is mostly delicious and worth to give it a try.

Fried Carrot Cake - Interesting food unlike the conventional carrot cake sold in most coffee houses.

Vermicelli with Pig's stomach, not oyster. It was delicious.

Fried Fritters or You Tiao - freshly fried and crispy

Pork Belly Bun or Kong Ba bao - well it tasted nice.

Meat balls - it was interesting with a little of spiciness.

Meat Soup Dumplings - Not so nice. the meat was sandy. I think the other restaurants have prepared better.

BBQ bun - so so.

Fried Meat Dumpling/ Guo Tie - it tasted like the Meat Soup Dumpling. I wish it could tasted better.

Spring Onion Pancake - it was nice.
