On one occasion, my friends and I went to Ramen Culture at ICON for lunch. This restaurant seemed to be a popular place for the office crowd. The turnover was very high.
I ordered the Black Pig Shabu Ramen. When the food came, I tried the soup base without any thought. I enjoyed the soup very much. The soup base was thick and delicious!! The noodle was very nicely done - the al dente style.
Must try. :)
