My colleagues and I decided to dine at Chef Daniels to celebrate the start of a new year. We ordered set lunches:
- Ribeye Caesar Palace - grilled ribeye steak with beannaise sauce and caesar salad
- Oven-baked Chicken - baked chicken with sauteed mixed mushroom and potato slices
- Pan-fried Snapper Fillet - snapper fillet served with Tianjin cabbage, bacon, green fritters, and garlic
The food served were superbly delicious! The steak was wonderfully cooked and I enjoyed the steak very much.
The baked chicken was very well marinated. When we cut the chicken, the crispy skin and succulent meat was beyond words. It was crispy in the outside and soft in the inside.
The snapper fillet was so nicely pan-fried. Dipped with the sauce, the snapper fillet was another dish that cannot go without.
In other words, the food was delicious and a must-have.
However, there is one concession. The service would be rather slow and you need to be a little patient.
Slow but good service. :)
