Midsummer House, a 2 Michelin-starred French restaurant, is located at Cambridge, United Kingdom near Cambridge University. Strategically located in townhouse next to River Cam, Daniel Clifford is the chef patron of the restaurant since 1999.
My friends and I were there for a term and decided to try our first Michelin-starred restaurant. We had the 7 course dinner menu. The ambience was serene and tranquil. The serving staff were attentive. The most important thing was the chance to eat a Michelin-starred restaurant which was uncommon in Singapore.
Personally, I feel that it was a good dining experience. The food was extraordinary and delicious. It was a memorable and wonderful experience.
Each person was about GBP75. For the price we are paying, it was worth it. Kudos to Daniel Clifford!!
